I bought mine used so there’s a dent in it however it’s still very great to use. The key lock is hard to get to and you’ll need a flat head screwdriver to pry it open.Tip: the key lock is between the keypad and the turn knob.The top safe is very roomy and you can fit a lot in.The bottom is the same thing and you can fit a money box in it.The downside is that the bottom safe has so much room but you won’t be able to use it fully unless you got papers/binders to put in it. You can build a small shelf and drill it into the safe but over all good.This also not a good idea to put guns in its way to unsecured and a kid can get in it.But over all very good

I bought this safe in May 2019 the top half just stopped working . Thank goodness it comes with a manual override key because my wallet and my car keys were locked in it when it stopped working. I sent an email to the seller and never responded. I sent an email to the seller and never responded . Now the bottom half is it working. I’ve bought Safe before and they lasted five or 10 years this one didn’t even last one year. I’m hopeful that the seller will replace it because I do need a safe . But I nerd one that works !

I like my safe. It's definitely designed to be a safe for a convenience store, so cashiers can drop their register cash in the top part and bills, rolled change and fresh cash drawers can be kept in the bottom. Definitely NOT fire safe! Thinner metal, smaller weight, but so far it works well

Keys were fine. Value is excellent. I suggest bolting down because it does not weigh alot. It is great for the money; get yourself some fire proof bags for the important documents.

I ordered the safe, and when it arrived the bottom door wouldn’t open due to what looks like an issue with manufacturing. There was a metal lip that prevented the door from opening, which resulted in me, sending it back and getting another one. On the second safe, it was the same issue with but not as bad. The top door got caught on the corner so I had to use a pry tool to open it all the way, because the metal corner wooden get through the door frame and I ended up sitting down the middle door with a power And now it works perfectly fine. The safe itself is nice but maybe I just had bad luck.

So far- product has worked as expected! Mine was slightly damaged as the train it was on was derailed but the company has been attentive about it and willing to make things right- I declined as it works and it’s now just a dent. Company has been very responsive and polite and pleasant to deal with. I would 100% purchase from them again. The damage caused to the product was not their doing and they tried to make it right. No complaints here!
