So I managed to horribly stain a brand new white sweatshirt with turmeric. There was no going back, so I had the bright idea to go full throttle and try to tie dye over the damage. This kit seemed cheap enough and fairly user friendly, so I gave it a shot. I genuinely had no idea what I was doing, but went for it anyways and I absolutely adore the way my sweatshirt turned out. I decided to go with more greens and yellows to kind of camouflage the turmeric damage and it worked out brilliantly. The kit was very user friendly. It came with an apron to help mitigate further dye related disasters, as well as a big plastic sheet to work off of. The dyes come in a powdered form, so you just add water and give them a shake and you're good to go. The benefit to this is that you can add as much or as little water/powder as you'd like to achieve varying shades of the same colors. Even after rinsing several times, I was nervous the dye would stain my washer and dryer, but nothing of the sort happened. My sweatshirt emerged clean and soft as ever, with no residual dye left in my appliances.

This kit makes a great gift or purchase for a beginner all the way to intermediate Tye-dyer. It came with essentially everything I needed to get the job done and was a great value overall for what I spent. The directions made everything easy to understand and all of my shirts have come out wonderful so far. Also a really fun family or a date night activity.

I got this set because it had a bunch of colors I want to do a batik shirt for my friends mom with turtles and needed several colors I didn't already have. I love to tie dye my sons shirts with his favorite colors I like that the colors have colored stickers for each bottle thou I wish the 32 bottles had different lids besides the spout lids so there would be no leaks and that where was a refill kit available of just the dyes so I could continue to use the same bottles

More than got the job done for my middle school students. Colors were bright and vibrant. I would reccomend buying the refills though if you're using them with a big group.

This was a great Kit at an affordable price the kids and I loved it made great tie dye shirts. Came with a lot and still have tons of leftovers for many other fun days
