Q: If metal support can be bent, is it strong enough to keep it's desired position or will it give and bend back?

It will stay bent in desired position.

Q: Is there a size that will fit/work for someone with a 21" bicep and elbow circumference of about 12.5"?

I don’t have a ruler handy to measure my arm, but these work for many circumferences due to the Velcro elastics that keep them closed, I myself am only 5 feet tall but pretty heavy and the ones in the office didn’t work for me but the size small worked perfectly, but would else fit in a smaller persons arm as well. Also, my dr started recommending these ones to his patients after seeing mine, which f that helps!

Q: Does this come in larger sizes? I need something that will fit at least 20” biceps. Thanks!
