Been taking oil of evening and starflower since I was a teenager. I order this on repeat so always get a great price, regular delivery so I never run out and pleased with brand and quality.

Great for balancing and supporting hormones, have just ordered a second bottle of these! - I was previously looking to order a similar product off Holland & Barrett but these are better value for money and seem to be working well for my daughter and I along with other vitamins/supplements we take regularly.

Very good combination of two vitimins to help during menopause symptoms, I Feel calmer, not so anxious and angry,my skin hair and nails look better, will continue using them and highly recommend this product for sure especially for women going through the menapause

Nice size to swallow, pitying nearly didn't receive them due to a very, very lazy delivery driver, who left it just popping out of our dustbin that was at the bottom of our drive ready for collection at 7.30 the morning after, allegedly it was left "in a secure location" yep anyone walking past could help themselves to it.

I rarely write a review, but felt like I need to let others know how great these are. In my late forties and these have really balanced my hormones, I feel happier and I was waking most days with a feeling of anxiety and now this is gone. I am only taking one a day, when the bottle says two, but just one is working miracles, so I'm so happy to have found these. Effects aren't immediate, I found you needed to get through most of the first bottle before I noticed a difference.
