This is one of my kids favorite games. It is so perfect and portable. It is really fun to play with the kids and easy. Would definitely recommend.

I was looking for a game that we could play with the grandkids that was age appropriate, but fun for all of us. They are ages 10 and almost 12 and enjoy playing and we don't dread it when they ask to play!

OMGoodness, the laughing, shouting, and frantic arm flailing that ensued with this game was a riot of hilarity! The laminated cards are beautifully sturdy and perfectly sized for all hands. The concept/rules of the game are easily and quickly understood. The packaging of the games from this company ... Tenzi, Buildzi, Slapzi (all 3 are in my arsenal of games for my 7 and 10 year old grandboys) ... is always exquisitely awesome. Very Apple-esque in their materials, cleverness, and sturdiness of construction ... and just simple beautiful design. Carma Games RULES!!!!!! Collin, you ROCK!!!!!

Extremely fun! I highly recommend Slapzi. I came across this game during a search for Tenzi, which we love and I was ordering to give as a gift. I was hesitant to order this because there wasn't much information regarding gameplay and the images looked like it might be for very young kids. I'm so glad I took a chance. This game is a lot of fun. Fast paced and great for competitive players. The image cards are double sided. The action cards list attributes the card you need to lay down must have (shape, color, use, size, odd or even number of letters, ends in a vowel, has all different letters and more). In a nutshell, an action card is revealed and the goal is to be the first person to slap down an applicable card. If you are the first to slap down your card then that card stays in the pile and your hand is smaller, the first person to slap down all of the cards in their hand wins. It can be played with a reader for younger kids, where one player reads the card for the others. Or, if playing with strong readers, simply flip the card and everyone reads for themselves. Like tenzi, there are variations for the game, use the ones suggested or create your own. I think this game is suitable for kids only, adults and kids together, and even adults only. The images on the cards made me think it would be an easy, rather juvenile game but it really makes you think.

Played at our friends house and it was immediately a hit. Had to have a set for ourselves for future game nights. It's simple, but remains entertaining for a long time.
