This product is substandard in so many ways.For all intents and purposes, the Bluetooth is totally useless. You need a USB or aux wired connection to connect a phone.Sound quality is worse than my stock radio.The connection (music, calls etc) disconnects when you shift into either reverse or park.The radio antenna port does not fit my 2012 Silverado so unless I find some adapter radio is not an option.The bright led light on the front camera stays on whenever the radio is on. I have to keep it unplugged so I don't look like an idiot while driving, so it is essentially useless.One of the cameras is always mirrored the wrong way, as the setting to reverse the image applies to both cameras. The front camera should never be reversed, and the rear should always be reversed, but as the have to either be reversed or not, one is always wrong, which is actually very dangerous.The camera quality is not awful, but it certainly is not good.Wiring this through the rear tail light as instructed causes my truck to give me an error code to "check trailer tow system", I believe this is due to the increased load on that circuit. The check engine light also came on directly after this, but I have not been able to check that code yet so it could possibly be unrelated.One small positive is that the camera wires are actually long enough to reach the back of my truck, because some other kits do not have wires long enough to reach that far. However if you have a short car, this is also not ideal.I bought this to have a Bluetooth radio with a front camera. None of those three features work in any practical capacity.

This product works really well in my 2018 Kia Forte and it is wonderful! Has amazing sound quality. The touchscreen is very responsive. Very easy to connect with Bluetooth. Quite simple to wire up. The product comes with excellent instructions and troubleshooting tips! The best part in my opinion about this product is that, while it does have CarPlay and Android Auto, it doesn’t neglect its built-in software so the radio and Bluetooth functions are intuitive, stylish, and easy to figure out. The microphone must work really well because I can get Siri to send texts and make phone calls with no issues. Love this so much!Overall this stereo is worth every dollar and I highly recommend for the price and feature sets. Because of this, I give this unit 5 stars.

ok vamos por partes , primero si no tienes mucho presupuesto , cumple su funcionalidad aun que hay varios detalles que mencionar , el tactil de la pantalla funciona bien , no obstante el mando a distancia apenas funciona , tambien el microfono de las llamadas es de muy mala calidad ademas no tiene conexion para poder ponerle uno externo , tenia un microfono externo de mi antigua pantalla y no lo voy a poder usar por no leer la descripcion , ya que en la descripcion indica que no tiene soporte para microfono externo , cosa que no me fije en su momento , de ser asi hubiera preferido comprar otra version diferente , mi conclusion es que si no eres exigente pues bueno esta bien , pero como quieras ya hacer mas cosas como tener llamadas en condiciones y poder controlar bien el audio mejor escoje otro producto , en lo personal hubiera preferido gastar 80 dolares mas y comprar una version mejor y con mas prestaciones , pero ya gaste dinero en la instalacion pues se complica remplazarla por otra , espero tengas estos detalles en cuenta antes de comprarla .

Tenía todo menos la Banda Am me ví obligada a devolver. Lo demás estaba Súper.

Initially, I had a good experience after installing this unit. After only a few months, I started having issues. First, the microphone stopped working properly. Anyone speaking to me heard a huge amount of background noise. Before the unit was even four months old, it stopped responding to my phones through Android Auto, Carplay, or even the mirroring app. The USB connection will charge my phone, but something is wrong with the data interface.I swapped out this radio for one in another car, and the problems went away, so I know that this is not a wiring issue. Money not well spent.Also, submitted a request for assistance through the manufacturer's portal, but never heard back.
