Q: I bought two of these lights in August of 2019, and one stopped working a couple of weeks ago. Is there a way to replace the bulbs in this fixture?

It is unlikely that the LEDs are the problem. It is most likely the power supply. The internal components are not really user replaceable. I suggest you contact the manufacture since I remember they had a fairly liberal warranty that may still cover the replacement of your failed unit

Yes,you can use 3 lights to light up 10ft sign,but three lights cannot connect each other in Series,but in Parallel.
