Best customer service I have ever delt with. They are responsive, very kind, and helpful! My printer totally malfunctioned and destroyed my cartridge, and they helped me out immensely and sent me a brand new cartridge. Would recommend!

Decent quality printing from your smartphone, and a lot cheaper and easier than dealing with the drug store to get your prints. I gave one of these to my wife for her birthday, and she is loving it.

When I got my printer, I was printing so many pictures I used up the Cartridge and paper that came with the printer. I have loaded the new cartridge, and it works great. My advice is if you order the printer, you best order refills with it because you will run out of paper and film really fast.

I love the ability to print photos when I want to. I've been using older versions and upgraded to the wireless version (GREAT PRODUCT)Last time I purchased this from Amazon the product came in an Amazon box, This time however it came in an envelope, crushed, broken, and unusable.They are making it right by refund of shipping charge and shipped in a box.

One of the cartridges misfire and the film stuck to the picture. When it came out all the film came out of the cartridge making it useless. I didn't even get to print one pic with it.
