Q: Can i put a toasted sandwich in here and it stay warm for a few hrs

You might struggle to fit a toasted sandwich in here! But yes - it will be warm after a couple of hours. It may also be a bit soggy as I’ve found that condensation tends to accumulate on the lid of the inner pot - not a problem for pasta, but probably not ideal for a toastie!

Q: How long does it keep food hot?

At least a couple of hours. I mainly use mine for eating porridge on the commute.
