Q: Advise on how long in a day should I wear it???

I wear it pretty much all day and take it off at night before bed. If it starts to get uncomfortable, I would take it off then, but It's up to you how long you want to wear it.

Yes you can, depending on how the dress is made. I would wear a stretchy undershirt on top of it.

I wouldn’t suggest trying to workout in it.. It is just what it is and that’s snatching those love handles
