Amazing Quality and Vibrant Colors!
am absolutely in love with the Pebeo Porcelaine 150 China Paint Markers! This set is perfect for anyone looking to add a personal touch to ceramics, porcelain, or glass. The colors are vibrant and rich, and they apply smoothly to surfaces. The bullet tips give me excellent control, making it easy to create detailed designs or broader strokes depending on my needs. I’ve used them on several projects, from custom mugs to decorative plates, and the results are stunning. After baking the pieces in the oven, the colors stay bright and durable, and they’re even dishwasher-safe! Whether you're an experienced artist or just starting with ceramic painting, this set is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend it for anyone who loves crafting and personalized decor!

Color stable, Dishwasher safe, Fun kids crafting solution!
I ordered these markers for a holiday craft project. My daughter's had heard about making Sharpie Mugs. I did some research and discovered that the Sharpie markers do not hold their color. We bought and tried both regular sharpies and the oil based sharpie markers and the colors became muted or completely changed. (As would be expected - that isn't their recommended use.) We did a dishwasher test with our trial mug and even with 10 runs both the regular and oil-based sharpie stayed on the mug intact. The biggest problem for us was color stability. Which led us to these markers. On one of the websites when I was researching for this project, someone had recommended these markers instead. I ordered a pack and we did a test run. We followed instructions on the package fully. Decorated mug, let cure after decorating for 3 days and then placed in oven. Colors stayed stable. We tested it with 10 runs through the dishwasher and so far no changes to the test mug.Another big plus in our house hold is how easily spills can be cleaned up. We ordered both the markers and paint. My younger kids who are a little messier have spilled some of the paint. If cleaned up right away. It is water based and has cleaned up completely from spills to my table, tiles (even grout on the floor), and kids clothing. One drawback is these colors don't have opaquers on them, they will only show up on white or very light colored materials. That has not been a problem for us.This is a great product so far. The kids have had fun working on the Christmas presents already this year because they were so excited to start the project. My big question mark for the product is - How many dishwasher washes will we get? So far our test cup has been great through 10. If we notice any changes I will post an addendum to my review.Pros - little to no color change, so far no loss with washing in dishwasher, fun and easy for my elementary school kids to use, easy to clean-upCons - can't find in craft stores - requires planning ahead and ordering, need to plan to draw your design on white or lighter colored mugs if you want it to be seen.

Got the Job Done
Overall, I really liked this marker. I used it to write a Valentine message on a plain white mug I got a Bed Bath & Beyond. Having read some reviews about it streaking, etc, I tried my best to follow the instructions to the letter. I shook the pen well, and tested it on cardboard first to get the paint flowing. I did not have any problems with the paint streaking when I used it, however, I did have an almost exact opposite problem.... so much paint came out that it tended to puddle, and since I was writing on a mug, the sides were very sloped and I had to do the project in pieces to let the puddles dry enough that they wouldn't break away and drip down the sides. I let it dry for 24 hours and then baked it for 35 min at 350 degrees. The mug looked great. Because I used so much paint, I didn't have any translucency issues that some people mentioned though I could see that possibly happening if I hadn't used much paint. After it was used once, I washed it in the dishwasher - top rack - on normal wash mode. When I took it out and dried off residual water, some of the paint - in one of the "puddles" seemed to smear a bit. It didn't go so far as to be a visible smear outside the edges of the paint, but that area is not as smooth and shiny as it was originally. I noticed it, but I don't think anyone else would unless they were looking for it. So all that being said, I think I would be more meticulous in my process, making sure not to use so much paint. This was, after all, the first time I've ever used any product like this to write on ceramic or porcelain, so I think my issues might just be beginner mistakes.
