I use this magnifying head set when I am carving small details such as eyes or fingers on small caricatures. I carve a lot of Santas and golfers out of Bass wood.

My grandfather’s eyesight is very diminished due to his eye problems. He loves these! He said that these were the only things that helps him read.

I have had my magnifier for many years and use it for all my crafts as I have a slight vision problem. It was time to or replace the lenses and was happy to see that I could order just them instead of having to buy whole new magnifier.

Had a lens break and ordered replacement. Arrived quickly.

Excellent lenses durable protective storage case

I have MacD and Cataracts so I know vision problems. I have used this product and the Carson headset for a few years now and have great success with it. I can use my computer, read a book, do sewing and this helps my sight considerably. I am 78 years old and will probably have cataract surgery this year so am hopeful that will restore some of my sight but with Macular Degeneration you're stuck/no cure period so I will be using this product for as long as I can. Also some reviewers talk about the lens falling out and breaking. I have never had that happen. It could be the person(s) are not putting them in correctly. I just know I have had great success with the Carson magnifying headset and lenses.

They don't snap in tight to the Carson Optical Pro Series MagniVisor Deluxe Head-Worn LED Lighted Magnifier. When they are placed into the head unit, they are loose and will fall off if you attempt to swing the lens forward or backward. They are clear and appear to be blemish free.
