AMAZING!! Life changing!! Literally. I suffered for the last three years with painful, sometimes debilitating symptoms from hormone imbalances and this has been a tremendous help and life saver. I’m upset that my very expensive endocrinologist never mentioned this supplement to me. I complained to him for a year. Then I mentioned I started taking it and he concurred it was a beneficial supplement. I only take one at night and it has kept symptoms of estrogen dominance, perimenopause and fluctuating hormones at bay. For years I tried OTC HRT supplements and creams. They helped a little, but not nearly as well as this! I’m so grateful I don’t have to fuss with creams and expensive supplements anymore. Not to mention the potential damage OTC HRT supplements can do to the body (especially if it’s through trial and error). Another change I made that may or may not contribute to my success is I am on the AIP diet. I cut out dairy, grains, sugar, etc. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. All I know is I will not be without this Calcium D G supplement. I also take Omega 7, which I do think helps a little but the real game changer is this calcium supplement. If you are suffering from estrogen dominance or menopausal symptom, I urge you to give these a try. I noticed results in the first month with just 1 capsule a day (at night).

This is a doctor recommended supplement. Recommended to me by my personal care physician. I usually purchased through his office, but found it available here, same price and more convenient. This is identical to the product I was purchasing at the doctor's office. I am very pleased with the shipping service. First product I have purchased with a regular recurring order.

I, also, take calcium d-glucatate under the direction of my M.D. who has a high regard for the research and science behind Integrative Therapeutics. This product has made a drastic improvement in my life, so I have no complaints about its quality or efficacy. However, I placed an order on Nov. 9, 2012 for the 90ct. bottle at $28.89/each. I see that today, Nov. 20, 2012 the price for the exact same item has jumped to $37.10! That's a huge price increase and I wonder how they justify it. Also, is this Integrative Therapeutics or Amazon's doing? There are many other brands out there with varying costs so it may be time to switch.

I’m sure this a quality product however after only taking 1 capsule 2 nights in a row I started getting soar muscles and noticeable fatigue . I was hoping to experience breast pain and tenderness relief during the last two weeks of my cycle as it always occurs like clockwork . Most likely due to my impaired detox pathways . I have many and often mobilizing toxins will have this affect on me as my body isn’t equipped to process them at a normal rate . I’m very sensitive and unfortunately I will have to stop taking . Also I read that they can affect / lower circulating estrogen levels and this may not be good if my estrogen is already low even if you have estrogen dominance like I do , that doesn’t mean you have too high of estrogen it just means the balance is off but all hormones including estrogen are low . I also noticed psoriasis flaring on my face right after .
