I purchased my vehicle's headlights with the GM Genuine Parts 13587843 Headlamp Bulb, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Here's why I highly recommend this product:1. The dealer attempted to charge over $700, but this was an excellent alternative. It was easy to install. It works flawlessly and the color and brightness are perfect.

While this product is pricey, it was still a lot cheaper than what my local dealership quoted me. I was hesitant at first about installation, however, after watching a You-Tube video on the process, it turned out to be relatively easy. Just be mindful that if you do touch the glass of the bulb, wipe it off with alcohol before you install it or it won't last very long due to the oil on your fingers causing a hot spot during operation. It's probably best to wear Nitrile gloves for this process. I did not wear gloves when I installed mine, but was very careful not to touch the glass. I will not comment about the longevity because I just installed them a few days ago.

Brightness, and visibility are phenomenal. These are genuine GM lights.

Worst quality

I got the part number from my dealer and ordered this online for 50% less than the dealership parts center. I changed both headlights and this part looks to be an OEM part from Delco.

I purchased this replacement bulb & I was totally satisfied. Saved a ton of $ by buying & replacing the bulb myself. Would easily recommend this item. I will definitely buy another when needed.

Bulb is the same as the original (in a 2013 XTS) . When you take it out of the AC Delco box, the bulb is labeled as a Phillips D-3S bulb. Once I got the original bulb out, it also was labeled as a Phillips bulb. Save some money, buy the Phillips bulb.
