HUL Pureit Advanced Plus 5 L RO + UV + Minerals Water Purifier with Minerals (Black)

I purchased this water purifier in January 2023, and it has been working flawlessly. The filtration system is efficient, providing clean and great-tasting water. Maintenance is easy, and the filters last a good amount of time before needing replacement. The build quality is sturdy, and there have been no issues with performance. Overall, a great investment for safe and healthy drinking water. Highly recommended!

it works perfectly, only con i noticed is this doesnt have any indicator for low water level, so when the flow gets slow, i start it up and it gets filled pretty fast within 20min or so...so the water wastage is too low compared to other RO filters, and as technician said it will filter 6000 litres and then shut off automatically, there is no headache of getting it serviced every 3 months like eureka forbes which used to need maintenance every 3 months. this ro filter has given me peace of mind for sure. you will not get any ro filter in 6-7k today and this does its job, only thing as i said no indicator, noise while filtering is on, when noise goes off it means it has got full....

Amazon or Pureit should have given option for exchange of old water filter, this option was not given though Aquaguard had this option. It is also a Good product but the body finish and colour is not very good. Water filter colour should not be black at least it is my view and I do not like this colour, light colour would have been better. Amazon did not provide any other option, only displayed black otherwise I would have chosen white.The Technician who attended the installation service was arrogant in nature. He was not in a position to listen my views about the installation process which would have been better if he had followed my views. He was in a hurry it appeared and I found that his work is not satisfactory. He installed 1 stop cock over my old one (previous filter) but I requested to remove the earlier one but he didn't listen.

Please never buy a Pureit. Their after sale service is very bad. They claimed filter will last for 6000 litres of water but it stopped working after around 1800 litters of water. Then I called the customer care of pureit and they said the claim has no value and if it stopped working then you will have to change gkk filters and for that they'll charge 2800. It was not really expected. They also said they won't charge service charge as the product is still under warranty. But then I thought to change it later. After few days when I called for filter change then they told me 350 will be additional charges for installation of the filter even under warranty. When I asked them for written document that the 350 will be charged under warranty they refused to show anything concrete. They wasted my time, exhausted me mentally. Extremely pathetic service.

The product is easy to use. The installation and out services were good as well. Only one thing to note it has a outlet pipe because it's a RO Purifier.
