Great Water glosser for beginners. Easy to use and fairly effective cleaning as well. Great option (in terms of quality) as compared to water glossers from other brands.The warranty registration process was easy as well. The nozzle speed and force is customisable and not as harsh as I imagined, had a great cleaning experience using this product.Cons: the product might need up to 2 fillings while initially attempting to use, but hopefully it gets better once I overcome the learning curve.

The flosser worked fine only for 6 months. Water stopped coming out of the flosser. Even though it was under warranty, I had to make enormous calls to the support, send videos of the flosser with and without power supply, share the invoice and what not...All the pain went in vain as they never fixed, replaced or refunded.Be careful while going for this product.
