The media could not be loaded. I'm extremely disappointed with the RO water purifier's performance and the company's after-sales service. Within a month of installation, the SMPS and censor got damaged. Although the SMPS was replaced, the damaged censor cost me an additional Rs 500.To make matters worse, I was charged:- Rs 700 for the PRV valve- Rs 300 as visiting charges- Rs 500 (already paid for installation)Total repair cost exceeded Rs 2000. Now, the unit is still malfunctioning with continuous water dripping.I request a replacement for the faulty product, considering its age and repeated issues.*Expectation:* Better product quality and customer service.Sincerely,John

Its been 1 week since i am using this Aquafresh 18 liter filter, and its very convenient with such a high capacity, i can almost fill a 20 liter Bisleri bottle to the top with this 18 liters capacity. and it further takes only 15 min to refill the entire filter. did not come with any instructions. but since i have had such Filters in the past. i knew by way of common sense how to install it myself. and it took about 20 min to put the whole thing together. the TDS Valve should be adjusted to close to the closing position so as to balance the reject water with the incoming filter water.The UV section is a new updated 4 in 1 cartridge with added minerals of copper zinc etc... which saves space in the compartment and also money when it comes to replacing it with just 1 cartridge instead of 3 or 4 cartridges.It came with all accessories and i have installed 2 pre filters just to be safe from getting the cartridges clogged. inspite of using 2 pre filters it still fills in about 15 min the entire tank due to a very effective and powerful pump motor inside the unit. SUPERB . why spend more on others. this is amazing

Do not buy this stupid ro. After one month its not working fine. Even in the warrenty the service boy will take 300 rs for the visit. This product is wastage of money instead of buying thia you can buy from your local ro service person. Don't buy this brand its a trap.

At the First the complete RO was not starting the Service man did lot to check what's the exact issue as in the Adaptor there is not the light blinking,later he found near the cut off switch those wired pins are not passing the current so he make it Direct.After this the RO unit is started but leakage from the Copper unit it's broken so the Service man bypass it and we are using it in compulsion because in our village delivery is also not available I manged the delivery on other location.Without any testing
