Q: What is the best way to clean the 10 pelt with matting?

I've never had matting, but I just use a pet brush to fluff it up from time to time. Ours is on a chair, not on the floor.

Q: Purchased one from another seller and found it not as soft as i want. it's to lay on my bed so i need s.o.f.t. any feedback on the feel?

I love mine. They can be washed, can brushed and look and feel soft and fluffy.
