I bought these when 2 of my flatmates had covid and took them in addition to zinc, vitamin C and D and somehow didn’t catch it.When I did eventually get covid a few months later I started taking these again and they helped me recover very fast.Since taking them more regularly I haven’t gotten sick as often as I used it so I’m happy with them! They’re a bit bulky but not massive so if you’re ok with swallowing pills you should be fine with these.After being opened they haven’t changed in colour or smell which is a good sign.
