This is great, works very well for sensitive teeth! The Mint flavor is not too much, and you don’t need much of it to brush. I have noticed after use my teeth are more white.

I got a sample from my dentist, and loved it! I can’t find it in the stores, so I have to buy it on Amazon! Great taste, not too minty, but feels clean, and it’s very gentle!

I have the most sensitive mouth known to humankind. I’ve been using children’s bubblegum toothpaste for years because most adult mint toothpastes burn my mouth - it’s miserable. I’m so sick of bubblegum! Finally, Sensodyne came out with the Nourish line! My hygienist suggested it and gave me a sample. The first tube I tried was still a bit too minty, but when I tried the “Healthy White” tube, I found my match! It’s FINALLY a mint I’m able to manage! I feel like a grownup again!! If you’re someone who has problems with most mint toothpastes, give this one a shot - it might be tolerable for you, too! And, as a side note, of course, it’s working to decrease sensitivity as intended - but that should go without saying. It’s Sensodyne. As for whitening my teeth? I haven’t noticed much of that, but I’ve not been particularly good about brushing twice a day as intended and I didn’t photograph my teeth to make not of changes. Soooo….? Who knows? But honestly, the taste is the biggest thing for me - it’s amazing!

Sensodyne Nourish is the BEST toothpaste I've ever used. It keeps the teeth clean even after eating. I initially acquired a sample of it at my dentist's office and the moment I first used it I felt a great difference; they felt as soft as pearls. After a couple of weeks the sensitivity on a back molar practically disappeared! I am very pleasantly surprised and highly recommend it.Sensodyne Nourish needs to be more available at customers reach at the supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. I had to order mine, but it was worth every penny.
