Regarding your problem,

1. You can scroll the trackwheel down, and the brightness adjustment interface will automatically pop up, and you can easily adjust the brightness.

2. Pls check the following steps to adjust the brightness.
1) Press the trackwheel to turn on the OSD Menu.
2) Scroll to control the cursor the menu
3) Find the brightness/contrast
4) Press the trackwheel to confirm
5) Scroll the trackwheel to adjust the brightness/contrast
6) Short press to back to the upper page.
