Used this for protecting electronic equipment while moving it and the large size covered it perfectly. Stitching seems solid and the thickness is good for protecting. Could also be used for makeshift bedding or something and is soft enough to be comfortable. No issues using it for general around the house uses.

I bought this to try and dampen the sound of my parrot squawking while I'm asleep (which I knew would be a stretch because of how ear piercing she can get), but I haven't really had a chance to tell because it blocks out light very well and she doesn't scream at all when she's covered now! I feel like this does help with some noise reduction if you use it in the right spot for the right purpose, but remember that no product out there can make anything "soundproof." All you can do is change the acoustics of the room and redirect/dampen the sound you're avoiding to a certain degree. Hope this helps!

I bought these to soundproof my home office from outside noise, and they work quite well. The noise has reduced a decent amount. What's even better is I also play my acoustic guitar in the same room and even though my guitar is a dreadnought style (the loudest), no one else in my house hears me playing, not even my cats lol...one of my cats was sleeping in the next room over and stayed asleep while I played my guitar.They are a hair thinner than your typical moving blanket, but for the money, they are the best value dollar for dollar, buy them.

So far so good. It’s a decent thickness as one would expect for this type of a blanket. Not sure how long it will hold up, but it works perfect to throw in the back of my car for when I transport my bike.It does not shed. Large size. Good value price

Ok I’ve used these as my beach blanket throughout my years. Actually it was my dad who did it and now I do it also. It has weight so it stays down on beach plus what’s ever out that as far as beach blanket can’t compare to this moving blanket. Feel like your laying on a pad. It’s great. Lay your gear up on it, your cooler, what ever you like. It serves me great through out my life. I need a new one. Spilled paint on other one so that one got me 15 years use. I received new one and it’s just like the old one. Comfortable and cheap to buy. 😉😁

I bought 2 of these blankets for the purpose of insulating a thin door. I was quite surprised at how well they worked. The room was chilly because of how thin the door to the outside but I noticed after I put up the blankets that the room was much more comfortable. They fit right in the doorway, and are held up by tension rods. I have used this method for several years and these blankets have been the best insulation so far. I'm sure they'd be great for camping or moving as well.

This blanket was very thin unlike others I’ve had in the past. I like to use them as throws for the furniture so the dogs can lay on them and as picnic or camping blankets for the kids. They also like to make tents out of them by hanging them over chairs. Also have use them on the flooring in the back of my SUV. This one, out of the box, had little fuzz balls all over it, and after using it on the couch just one night it was even worse. Didn’t like the feel of it nor did I like having to pick fuzzies off. Imagine if you were using it just to move furniture it could work but still too thin to protect. Last moving blankets I had were much heavier and had more padding.
