I bought a Frigidaire microwave and this item came with it obviously. It never quite fit and after 3 months, I called Frigidaire and asked them if they would send me a new one because the glass plate kept getting off track and almost spilling my food. They were not willing to cover it under warranty and told me it was going to be almost $30 plus shipping. Thankfully, I was able to find it on Amazon for less than $8 and this one fits absolutely perfectly! Make sure you measure the one that you have already. Clearly advertised to have 14 mm rollers, it comes with 16 mm rollers. Thus the glass tray sits to high and cannot lock with the toothed wheel in the microwave, rendering the entire tray useless.The overall quality looks alright, but it is not what was advertised: "8.7 Inch Microwave Turntable Ring with 14mm Rollers Rotating Ring Roller Glass Plate Tray Support Holder [FDXGYH]"If 16 mm wheels work for you, then it is probably OK.I measured the wheels with a caliper before ordering, so I was very clear about what I was looking for.It is labeled as a frequently returned item after all....

Fits and works just like expected

I have no issues with this product just that it did not fit the microwave I have.

It's exactly the right part. It was broken in shipping due to poor packaging, but I was able to fix it with super glue and you can't even tell that it was snapped. It's good enough for my use case.

Prefect fit

Bought this as a replacement for a SGS10702 Sunbeam's microwave and it fits perfectly, no issues so far.

Arrived broken- package not damaged. Not worth the return, able to use as it was just broken in one spot. Poorly made.
