Insane value
For 60 dollars absolute steal. Nothing else on the market was even close to this price. Works perfectly and even has lights to tell you when the input audio is clipping which is perfect for stock headunits where at max volume it will clip. Really easy to setup but I did buy molex connector terminals to put on the end of the wires before inserting helps with fraying and stability when installing them so it won’t break in the future

It works great
I dont know what everyone is talking with screws coming loose. But maybe I was different as I didn't try to install it in place. I hooked everything up before putting it in my car, and those screws are tightened down and don't move. I could see where installing it in place could create that fiasco. But I hooked up a wire harness to it in bed and its solid. Small enough to jam somewhere into my dash, and works as it should. Also I don't have my accessory wire (Remote in) hooked to anything, it auto starts up and shuts down with the car so I'm not killing my battery.

Two things to absolutely know before you install:
1. You need to buy some male Molex pins for the bare wiring are going to be inserting into the LOC and tightening down, or some wiring ferrules. The reason for this is twofold. First, you are not relying on the screws tightening down on bare wires, and you get a more secure connection. Second, the part of the Molex pins adds rigidity to the wiring and will not bend right where the wires go in. Super easy for these small gauge wires to break off from bending. The Molex connectors will allow you to install the side with the pins to go into the LOC, and then when you get it in place you just connect them. It's very difficult to be doing this with bare wires in some tight place.2. You need to figure out if you have a 12v+ accessory-on power wire, which will go into the 'Remote In' location on the LOC. If you don't have this switched power wire, you will get no sound, you must have one. If you don't, you need to tap into one going into the head unit.

It is Great for the Money
This LOC will take 4 channels off of a factory system and convert the signal to usable output voltage for those 4 channels while adding a subwoofer channel. There is nothing else out there that I could find that would do this for the money. I am sure that there are units out there that would sound slightly cleaner, but not by a considerable margin. We are talking diminishing returns here. The main issue is working around your factory system's built in EQ/ Bass management system. Unless you are spending 3X as much you will not get that, and even then, that is just for the bass management. To be able to cancel out the EQ completely/ tune to your desired levels you'll need a DSP. So, name your price there. I bought an $18 LOC from DS18 and it was trash. I am not saying everything from DS18 is trash, I am just saying you get what you pay for. You can get bare wires in there, but I would not use anything over 18 gauge, and be sure that both the wires and the unit are mounted securely and not bouncing around with the car. They will probably fall out eventually. I am satisfied with this purchase.

Dont do it.
Very very disappointed in this product. After spending hours running wires and installing my equipment 2 of the 6 rca outputs did not work at all and the others had crackling noise if touched and noise present in the signal through the amplifier. After trying 3 sets of rca cables i discovered this unit to be the culprit. I did some research and was able to replace it with a competitor's line converter AND the radio T-harness from PAC audio for less than i paid for this junk. Maybe it was just my unit maybe not but i wouldn't risk it.

Wouldn't bother getting
Went out after 4 months causing all of my speakers and amps to turn off after a few seconds of playing

Works great, amazing sound quality for the price
Haven't run into a single issue, works perfectly. Used to bypass the factory amp in my 14 Mazda 3. Ran to 2 amps and it sounds fantastic. Easy to set up and simple to tune. Yes it needs an accessory in, it doesn't have auto detection for remote, but it worked for what i needed

Awesome sound
I put this in a 2020 Kia Optima to run 4 door speakers and 1 sub from the factory nav/head unit and it goes to 2 different amps so let me tell you that thing is worth every penny don’t buy from Walmart and get a cheap one that lets engine noise thru this thing is awesome
