Very disappointing. It lasted six months and has failed. No longer cooling, so it won’t make ice. I am starting the return process today…more on how that goes laterUpdate on this review. The seller, Beach Camera, will do nothing regarding a warranty claim. They state that they are “not authorized” to accept a return after 45 days. Al I have heard from Deco Chef at this point is acknowledgement of my email.I would run the other way from these guys….a poor product, and poor customer service. You are likely on your own if you have an issue.Another update: Deco Chef has offered a refund, which is much appreciated. We ultimately had a helpful email exchange leading to the refund. Too bad that the product failed, but at least Deco Chef customer service is conscientious, and concerned about customer satisfaction

It makes ice quickly

We liked this unit but it stopped making ice essentially at the 1-Year mark of the warranty. But since we were two weeks past the date when we called, they are not doing anything to help nor willing to replace the unit. I would stay away from this product and company.

Purchase on August 2022 stop producing ice end of October 2022. Use the cleaning products prescribed and still no ice. The return of this producton this item is one month. JUNK PUMP NOT WORKING.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It lasted about 4 months before it sprung a terminal internal leak that destroyed the controller board making the unit useless, as well as ruining my floor. According to my plumber, this unit is poorly designed and this problem is invadable. Additionally, there is NO support from manufacturer or seller. It supposed to have a warranty, but there is no phone number and they do not reply to emails what so ever. The implied warranty is just a feel good statement to sell a junk product. Save your money and look elsewhere.
