Q: Can the band be cut with scissors to make the size adjustable? I do this with costume jewelry rings and want to know if these were compatible.

I would not recommend it. Many have design that go completely around.

I honestly don’t know. My daughter handled them for about 5-10 minutes and her finger tips were turned black. They felt like tin. They were an odd weight it seemed.

The smalls rings that come on these sets are size 3 the largest is a 9
