The media could not be loaded. They were very comfortable and could be worn all day.I liked the fact that the two AA batteries could be swapped out when they died and didn’t need to be removed or charging. (I had four rechargeable batteries.)They could be worn as normal earmuffs when off. The noice cancelation did work when turned on. I could hear conversation but when loud machinery was in operation the loud noise was lessened significantly.They connected to my iPhone via Bluetooth easily and I used Spotify to listen to music.I was able to take calls on them but the noisy environment that I was in made this difficult. However, i was aware a call was incoming so I could go and take the call instead of missing the call.There are well documented issues with white noise when they are on. Not noticeable when music is playing unless soft or quiet music is playing.Again, very well documented on the net, the triple volume mode does not work at all and did not from new. You had to adjust the volume via the phone. I was willing to put up with these two flaws but…Latterly a very loud electronic screech when turned on made them completely unusable. They were just very expensive earmuffs.I purchased these from a UK seller on Amazon.co.uk who unbeknown to me purchased them in the USA and shipped them to me. I contacted 3M about my issues but they would not help because they were an American import.These are no longer being made, I suspect due to the well documented issues which I only found out after the faults became identified.You have been warned, DO NOT BUY!

Battery powered??? Batteries??? I thought I'd bought these on Amazon, it would appear I actually bought them in the 1980's. Seriously though, in the UK they are on sale for 140 pounds. They are absolutely not worth it. 25 quid at best. Mine were delivered, opened, looked at, put back in the box and sent back. Don't waste your hard earned cash; these are cheap tat overpriced to make you think you are getting something you're not. AVOID!
