Product is decent
I had ordered a set of 4 pillows. The outer packaging was cut open entirely but the pillows were individually vacuum sealed. However, one of the pillows had a few stains on it. The other three were fine.

Not worthy
These pillows were great for the first couple of weeks—soft and fluffy, just like the description said. But after only a month, they completely flattened out. It's like they deflated overnight. What was supposed to be two pillows now feels like a single limp one. Total waste of money. Don’t be fooled by the initial comfort—these have zero durability and are not worth it.

I love these pillows. They hold their shape very well and are quite soft. After couple of months of use as well.Very comfortable on neck and head.Difficult to wash. Cover is mandatory if you want to keep it clean.But value for money
