Love the recipes
This is a fair and honest review.I'm a vegetarian so was a tad leery at this mostly vegan cookbook but it's also welcoming for vegetarians. I can't wait to start cooking!I just reviewed High-Protein Plant-Based Diet for Beginners by Maya A. Howard. #HighProteinPlantBasedDiet #NetGalley

Great for someone who is able to eat more freely
I have been looking to go more "plant-based" for sustainability and health reasons. I found some info really interesting and useful, such as being able to work out how much protein both me and my partner should be consuming but none of the recipes stood out to me, probably not helped by my allergies, intolerance's and general fussiness - this recipe book would not help me change my diet and lifestyle as required. That being said, this is just my opinion, for someone who is able to eat more freely, this recipe book would be great for keeping an eye on your protein intake and getting some more greens into your diet.

Easy to follow
This was really well written and presented. It was easy to follow for some one that is starting to experiment with plant diet.I was given an advance copy by netgalley and the publishers but the review is entirely my own

Great selection of recipes with clear instructions.
Great selection of recipes with clear instructions.I particularly enjoyed the black bean veggie burgers but was disappointed that not every recipe had a photograph of the finished dish.

BEWARE! Recipe measurements for the American market, not metric.
Why sell a recipe book to the UK, European market when the measurements are not metric? The book is for the American market !
