Really comfortable and springy, they are better than the inner soles that came with my expensive trainers.

Has good support for high arches. Helps with pain.

The heel part is great, which is what I needed them for, I just wish they were wider in the toe box. You could always trim off the extra if needed, but you can't add any on! For the price, I can live with it though.

I almost tossed out my LL Bean hiking shoes. I've had this pair for years, the insoles had developed holes and they were SO uncomfortable I had put them in storage for about two years. I got the shoes out for some reason and realized I could take OUT the insoles, and the shoes looked brand new otherwise. So I ordered a pair of these. My shoes are size 7.5, I ordered the small since it went up to women's 7.5. They are PERFECT. Identical in size and thickness to the ones that came with the shoes. I've just ordered another set for the (same brand and style) hiking shoes I've been wearing, because those insoles are also developing uncomfortable holes. These things saved both $150 pairs of hiking shoes!

Really gives nice cushion and support! Feels great on the feet and helps to stretch the life of your shoes.

I used to live these insoles, but they changed them so that they no longer match the product description.If you look at the photo, the new insole is on the left. Not only does it not have the metatarsal support pad in the middle, it actually has a depression that makes metatarsal issues worse.
