So, apparently you here was something going on with the outlet. Once I switched to a different outlet (same power strip) it worked perfectly!! I am changing my rating to 5 stars! (Operator errors are not the fault of the company)****I purchased this centrifuge on 20 January 2024. It has worked beautifully with no issues, until today. I was preparing to centrifuge and I placed my tubes in the machine, only to find that it will not spin! I am the owner of a business and I desperately need my equipment to work. I am disappointed that this happened 2 days after my ability to refund/replace.****

I am in medical esthetics and work with plasma in several clinics. I have purchased this same item 6 times to have one at each place. I love this item

Had to modify the internal side of the outer casing. No matter what was in the tubes even if they were empty they kept hitting the side wall
