The keys that are not on the keyboard can use the driver settings (any of the 104 keys). Please contact the seller through Amazon message and they will provide you with a satisfactory solution.

Most of the low profile mechanical keyboard PCB boards on the market are not compatible with any brand of low profile switches. The XVX L75 keyboard's original switch is OUTEMU(GTMX), and if you are looking for the replacement switch, you can only choose that brand of switch.

Q: I see the switches are hot-swappable, but what brand of switches are sold with this?

Those are likely Outemu switches. They’re OK for linear switches - not too clicky

Q: Are the keys prelubed?

They are not prelubed, however, they are very smooth and I've had mine for around 8 months without any issue.
