We do a lot with the brand of spice and I have to say, it's one of the best brands in Indonesian cooking. This particular flavor "Bumbu Bali" is very versatile. You can make this with different meats or keep it vegetarian. I add some of my own spice to the dish if it needs it or add heat as hot as they can handle. We all love it. Blessed to have found this.
