Nice looking and remote control too
It works great - installation is easy although the wire numbers are not matching the switch locations (You would think number 1 was the top switch but it was the bottom - no problm)

11 switches working fine after 3 years. Very nice features. Will continue to buy.
I have 11 of these switches installed and working perfectly all over my apartment. The oldest switches have been working full-time for more than 3 years. They operate the dimmable LED lights in every room. Some of them are automated with presence sensors through the app. Automation adjusts the lights to different dim-levels according to the time of day and/or available illumination, or other event. The only time I have to touch those switches is when I wipe them clean during housekeeping.I have experimented with at least 3 other brands of smart wifi dimmer switches but all the others have failed within a year. All the time, these switches were working on the same circuit, so they were subjected to the same conditions, without failures. Every time one of the other switches failed, I replaced it with another one of these. Now, 3 years after I bought the first one, all of the light switches have been replaced with this model. Besides standardizing the entire home illumination system, it is aesthetically very nice. The electronics are a bit bulky, however. So, older buildings (like mine), will have to widen some switchboxes for the unit to fit. A simple Dremel-like rotary tool will do the job. It's a little more work than the usual switch installation procedure but this switch is worth the extra effort.Wifi connectivity is a bit on the weak side, but I have an extensive home layout and already had to install wifi repeaters anyway. That made the connectivity issue disappear. Maybe the distances in my home were pushing their normal limits, so that may not be the switches' fault, I just expected the wifi to be more stable without the repeaters. Like I said, the repeaters fixed it.This is a very beautiful, elegant-looking switch with a lot of great features, and proven durable. I have had some of them for more than 3 years and they are all still working great. The glass plate is perfectly flat (no moving parts) and stays clean, fingerprints wipe right off. The backlighting can be turned on and off through an automation schedule or event, or manually. The feedback beeps can also be turned on and off but only manually. The only problem is that the glue used in the glass face-plate seems to a little weak and the glass can pop-off. This has only happened once and I was lucky that the glass didn't break when it fell. The solution was to remove the factory glue and replaced it with 3M decal glue. These are all minor or environmental problems with simple solutions which don't degrade the product's performance, which is excellent. So these switches have passed my test-of-fire and since they are far superior than all the other switches I have tried, I will definitely continue to buy these.

Looks great, but does not work well for 3 way or 4 way needs.
I love the look and operation for 1 gange and single switch opration, but some of the sales tactics insinuate that these are 3 way compatible. That part is misleading. That is why i gave it a 4. Works well for single pole one way switches. If you are replacing multiple pole or 3 way switches, not so great. You can set 3 way switches up to work fine if you plan to use voice or application operation only or use one of the switches to for manual function. Also, to replace multi gang switches be prepared to fix your drywall and to replace the electrical box in the wall to avoid code violations and fire hazards.Wish they had a pretty glass face version that is easily interchangle with existing outdated switches.

Took a bit to get it working the way I want.
The switches glow at night extremely faintly, you can only see it when standing next to in. This is a nice touch in the bedroom because you can't see the glow from more than a few feet away, but allows you to see them when you are turning things on.I bought this so that I could control smart bulbs in ceiling fixture independently. This made the installation a bit more difficult.First I hardwired the light to always be on and bypass the switch. This is needed so that the smart bulbs both have power at all times. I wired the positive and negative from the breaker to the switch. This allows the switch to work, and the lights to be powered.Next in the smart life app, I added my bulbs and the switches. Unfortunately alexa does not allow switches in a routine. Instead I had to create scenes in Smart Life. When switch one is turned on, turn on bulb one. When switch one is turned off, turn off bulb one. When bulb one is turned on, turn on switch one. When bulb two is turned off, turn off switch one.The last two are needed to turn on and off the switch light when I control the light by voice. I then did this for the other bulb as well as my back yard light. In Alexa I can then just add the bulbs to allow me to control color and I can turn them off which will trigger the switch to turn off as well. I can also then setup routines in alexa that will turn the lights off after 30 minutes if I wanted to, and the switch will work as expected.

Poor wifi receiver, poor fitting, poor instructions
I wanted to like this, but Alexa groups cannot be controlled by these smart switches (i.e. pressing the switch turns on all the lights in the living room). Instead, it simply manages the single device to which the switch is attached or a limited selection of Specific devices. Not as beneficial as I had hoped. I was considering changing the wireless Philips Hue switch, but it appears I will still need to use it to operate the groups of lights.Another problem I'm in the same room as my router, but I still have frequent Wi-Fi connection drops. Also the panel needs to be changed to fit flat against the wall because it is bulky and the aisle box needs to be flush as well. The step-by-step installation guide for the software is useful, though. The neutral wire is necessary for the switch to work. The app does not function with more than 20 other wireless apps or wireless devices.Definitely not for novices are the directions. I am a self-taught person who is aware of my limitations. Not for the typical individual, instructions. Not suggested.
