the mesh work is good and firm and allows water absorption easily, leading to good cooling in dry heat.IMPORTANT: CLEAN THE MESH BEFORE USE - OTHERWISE WILL SMELL FOUL- cleaning the mesh before use is a must. use liquid soap/detergent and dip in soap liquid for minimum an hour (we used detergent). the cleaning helps in removing the storage and processing smells, other mesh would smell foul for weeks before giving clean smell.- We also used a disinfectant cleaner to remove further unwanted germination, as a precaution. Lizol was sprayed on the mesh and allowed to dry- Dry in direct sunlight as it helps in complete drying of mesh. also direct sunlight helps in killing any left over germs and foul smell which may remain.Post these steps the product worked very well. fit well in our cooler as well. plus having the cooler product image in the pics provided helped in selecting the right mesh easilythanks to vendor!

Its perfectly fit with Symphony Hi Cool 31L. Before fitting into the cooler, Just soak it for 3hrs in water mixed with Vim liquid gel(~50ml) and dry on direct sunlight for 2-3 hours, otherwise it smells like dead meat.

Very bad experience.product is good. But they provide small size of honey comb pad. They mentioned the size 55cm-26cm-12cm in product descriptions. But they deleverd 42cm-30cm-12cm.it is not useful for me.

I recvd this product in good condition, correct fit to my symphony hi cool model.But it producing very very bad smell once water started flowing on it.Using cooler perfume, still not able to avoid that bad smell completely.
