When I know Ill be experiencing increased stress I take a few of these in the morning. There do not seem to be any side effects from forgetting to take them on other days. I have been taking this for about 6 months now. I can say, my energy levels have gone up alone with my stamina. Running around with the kids and I don't get winded as fast.
