It does.. Uridine if I am correct is what makes you speak freely after a glass of beer.. But this one without giving you kick.. Product is good but bit expensive. It does helps improving fluency of your speech. I haven't observed any side effects. So yes it's a better nootropic easily available.

I was really looking forward to trying Alpha Mind and Alpha Flow after a positive experience with Alpha Fearless Capsules, but these two products have been a major letdown. Despite increasing the dosage, there was absolutely no noticeable effect. It feels like I’m taking nothing but fillers. I’ve tried other similar products that delivered real results, but these seem completely ineffective. Honestly, I’m disappointed I wasted my money on these and expected much more given the reputation of the brand.Would definitely not recommend.

The thing that bothers me is it has 100 mg caffeine, I took even 3 pills and couldn't feel much.And in usually someone who reacts quickly to supplements.I think the company needs to increase the ingredients quantity, otherwise this is a waste of time to get.

I am so disappointed after buying this from Amazon that I stopped my purchases from Amazon almost fully after that. The tablets are literally stinking, empty capsules and not eatable at all, forget about giving any nutrition
