Q: I did not receive the free bottle opener. How do I get it?

Q: Is this thing working for you? I am trying to choose between different system. Would you recommend this or other system to open jars and bottles?

this products works for me especially now that I am having arthritis my hands are not that strong anymore this thing helps a lot I can easily open a jar now not only that the thing that comes free with it to open bottles with lid that shapes like a can crown I have no problem with that too.

Q: I can’t figure out how to use this! I can’t see how it’s better than the pipe wrench I’ve been using. How do you use this?

Slide the white handle back to open up the "grip" to the size of your lid, put it on the lid, squeeze down on the white handle until you discern a nice tight grip. Then simply keep gripping while you turn everything in the direction which would open the jar. Might sound complicated, but it really isn't. You'll get the hang of it immediately, and you won't need to store a pipe wrench in your kitchen!
