Q: can you use the pot lids for the frying pans? Are they the same size?

Probably….the lids fit my other skillets. Usually size of pots and skillets are about the same no matter the make.

Q: Do they stain easily ?

No. Have had no staining at all.

Q: how deep are these pans?

These pots and pans are regular-sized cookware.

Q: How do you season these? I lost the instructions.

Check with manufacturer. But I seem to remember putting small amount of oil in each , maybe water too. Heating and with paper towel rubbing mixer into pots after reducing heat. Instructions were clear - That I remember.
