The media could not be loaded. I'm new to sourdough but my kit has been great to start me off with everything I need. I think my first loaf came out amazing using this kit. Not used all the bits yet; the basket, liner, and bread lame have been fab. If you rub all purpose/plain flour into the fabric liner you won't have to wash or prep the banneton at all!
