This product is sensational, really and truly. I use it as my pre-workout for runs and even for some HIIT at the gym. Provides a great surge of intense energy and concentration for my runs. This Product Works! Bolt helps me stay focused, and run longer and harder. I haven't tired a flavor from 6am Run that isn't is amazing, and its without that weird aftertaste some have. Definitely read and follow the use directions as it contains beta alanine.
