Received 1st screen with horizontal line defects that made it unsuable.However the Vendor accepted full responsibility and facilitated a timely replacement,which was blemish free.

I desperately needed backing cuz of where I was placing this screen. One site had said it had backing. When screen arrived and put it up in front of living room window I seen it didn't have. Wasn't happy with description of the screen or disconneted # when trying to get ahold of Elite Screens. All other Elite screens come with some kind of backing except this newer Vmax 3 or should I say a very cheap version that shouldn't cost no $1,100. Now having trouble getting our money back on a damaged screen that has no backing.

Great for short throw projectors. I probably could have gone with 125” but go big or go home.

Long story shortBought the projector screen 12-16-20251. First projector screen was in a fatal accident and impounded by the police2. I was told a replacement of the screen would take 4-5 months, so I had to do research to find similar models3. Spent weeks waiting for them to ship me the alternative screen4. Screen came with a broken/defective circuit board5. Sent me a new circuit board but I had to install it which is difficult while it's attached to the ceiling. Why isn't warranty work done by a certified and trained professional? Instructions had steps missing and we overall inaccurate.6. Managed to get the circuit board installed, but then noticed very large vertical wrinkles in the screen. Steps provided to potentially fix the screen were not directly for my issue and was a video with no audio.7. 90 days later I have spent probably close to 100 hours on the phone, emailing, and texting to get a working Elite Screen Projector Screen.
