Comfortable seat. I enjoyed the ride much better.

Everything was delivered but the back rest. It NEVER showed up with the tour pack. I want to where it is, or if it's coming, or if I should just send everything back. This is just too stupid for words. The liner has to be cut and the pre drilled holes do not line up correctly. I had to do my own modifications to make this work. WILL NOT buy this again or recommend it to anyone.

Can’t speak for all orders but what I received more than met my expectations. For the price it just can’t be beat. Had to slightly modify my bracket cause it’s on a Yamaha V Star, not a Harley. But it fits great and looks even better. The wife is very happy with her new backrest with elbow rests.

Let me start with customer service was willing to work with me. Although I thought a $30 refund was less than adequate, the seller tried making it right. When I received the trunk and the accessories, the shipment came damaged and the trunk had a critical crack, and the mounting bolts were missing. The seller agreed to send a full trunk replacement. However, the replacement was not prepped to recieve the accessories. There were no assembly instructions. The speaker bolt holes were misaligned. Good luck assembling yourself. You better have good ingenuity and skill. There is no wiring harness to connect to the battery. After full assembly, the lid feels too heavy for the trunk to support such weight. You definately better be very careful to opening the lid. It feels as if the trunk will break if you "bounced" the lid open.

I would definitely buy again. I am thoroughly pleased with the quality. I had considered a more expensive tourpack. Glad I chose this one.

The bracket didn't line up with the holes on the bottom of the pack exactly, so we had to drill our own to make it work. The backrest lined up with the holes (which you have to drill out) pretty accurately. The backrest rose high on my back, which is exactly what I wanted. (it goes up to my shoulder blades) Makes long rides much more comfortable. The pack was pretty spacious, we were able to pack two small bags in it and extra things on top. All in all, despite the few issues with the holes, it's a great deal for the money. It really beat taking the bike into Harley or ordering Harley parts. Saved a ton of money. Took a few hours to install as we took our time.

I use this on a Honda goldwing track. The only problem I had was with the speakers mounths, the holes were not drilled properly cast properly whatever you wanna call it they did not line up. With some grinding and drilling I got it to work. Other than that I am completely happy with the trunk

I wouldn’t bother to buy it again do not waste your time and money. Several parts missing from the order. Missing nuts and bolds and speaker, harness, and connecting wire. One of the speaker defective/ doesn't work found by Harley Davidson technicians. And best of all no instruction at all whatsoever. and best of all no instruction at all whatsoever.I am filling a complaint with Amazon.
