This is by far the best book if you really want to lerverage on the real estate game. Grant has debunk the myths behind real estate and he is open enough to tell you what work and dont work. I will use this as a reference in building my real estate portfolio.

I chose 4 star because there is always a scope of improvement.As a beginner I learnt a lot about what to do and what not to do when going for investing in real estate.I would definitely recommend people to read it whoever has interest in investing in real estate.

Good , Easy to read book as always by Grant Cardone. I listen to his podcast everyday so there was nothing new for me in this book,only now i have it in writing.
