The remote control for our new Samsung sounbar was lost in the first two weeks of purchase so I found this replacement which I was hesitant about and to my surprise it works perfectly. The price is very fair and all features seem to function well. So far, I have zero complaints.

No, this is not official. No, this is not official quality. The plastic does not feel like a high-quality Samsung product. It feels more like a toy remote.However, I am giving it 5 stars because it works, it is cheaper than an official remote, it shipped with Prime, and it allowed me to turn off BT Power so my neighbors could no longer wake up my soundbar and play music over it. Would recommend to someone who lost their remote or picked up the system second hand from someone who lost it.

Work exactly how it should, and is only matted with original sound bar.

We have now purchased 7 of these remotes. Not because they don’t work, but because my 1 year old puppy has a serious taste for them. She is a super sneaky thief and takes these!! It doesn’t matter where we put it, she somehow finds it!But this is about the remote. It works great! We have never had a problem with any of them. You put batteries in and it’s ready to go. The remote is already programmed to work with our sound bar. Super easy and super cheap!!

I purchased the Samsung soundbar from a marketplace site from work. The bar and the original remote worked well, until it didn't ...hoping it was batteries, (old one used a coin cell battery) replaced it, still didn't work...Bar worked fine...so I found this replacement, which is better than the original, as it takes 2 AAA batteries Put the batteries in and it worked!...no issues no sync'ing...nothing IT JUST WORKED...AND WORTH THE MONEY !

I loved the new control for a couple of reasons: 1. it works well, 2. it utilizes AAA batteries instead of the smaller round batteries which seems to give it more oomph when setting the sound. It was a great value for the price.

My mom gave us the soundbar because she no longer had room for it. Unfortunately, one day the subwoofer started blinking and wouldn't connect to the soundbar, so the soundbar became useless. Only way to reset the subwoofer is by using the remote, which we didn't have (oops). I bought this one, stuck a battery in it, and it worked with the soundbar right away. Weird...but convenient for us! The soundbar and subwoofer both work perfectly well now. Very pleased. Will update if any issues arise.
