Knocks you OUT! you wake up groggy but it’s worth it when it hits you like a light. Amazing. They take awhile to kick in but it’s worth it, they’re gel based so super easy to swallow and pretty small. Don’t taste like anything either ! :)

It's effective at increasing the amount of hours you sleep, I've seen an improvement of about 2 hours on average. It doesn't really have a taste, so no weird after taste when trying to sleep. My sleep quality is about the same though, and I notice that I don't really have an easier time remembering dreams or having any at all. It's alright for the price and of alright quality.

This doesn't do anything at all. I have a hard time going to sleep and staying asleep at night. For some reason I can sleep all day long and not sleep at night no matter what I do. It's like my body is permanently in the wrong time zone.Anyway I knew these were likely not going to do anything to me and surprise surprise they didn't. However after mixing w a 20mg melatonin I have been able to get some sleep. Probably isn't the fault of the brand as I'm one of those people that can take a lot of everything and feel nothing (my doctor said it's a specific enzyme or something in my body. I metabolize everything very fast and never feel the affects of anything).
