Why did you pick this product vs others?:My husband had a stroke a couple of months ago. Presently he is unable to walk, so I needed two ramps to get him to and from the house. I was quoted two estimates for having ramps built. They quoted $1200 and $1000. I can’t afford that. So I bought the two Aluminum portable ramps. They work great, and cost me about half what the contractors charge. Plus, I am hoping that my husband will regain the ability to walk again. If he does, then I can take the ramps and put them away. Also, they are portable so, I can take them anywhere I want to. Definitely a better option.

They work great--I am a DJ so I needed a ramp to help me load and unload--they are easy to fold up---I would definitely recommend them!

Works very well. The fabric straps for storage didn't last long. They already fell off. The ramp itself is very sturdy and easy to use once you get the hang of it. It is fairly heavy though, so some people may need some help maneuvering it in place.

So, I was in need of a ramp ASAP. It was delivered next day in less than 24hours which was perfect. It’s made quite well and is perfect for around 10-11 inche steps, without a harsh incline. I have yet to secure it to the threshold permanently. I ended up adding 2x4’s cut and screwed together for additional support on the bottom. I do believe it will handle the weight quoted but it just feels more stable with additional support in the middle and sides. For the price and quickness in delivery I don’t think this setup can be beat. It’s being used in the garage from the kitchen door steps to the garage floor fyi. Will work with single door only. If you have a screen or glass door in addition to the main door you will have to lock them open.

We purchased the 10-foot model to create a long slope. What we like about this product is that it provided an instant ramp for access into a new home that has 3 stairs from the garage into the house. It seemed like an easy ramp solution rather than finding someone to build something permanent. We were able to get it in place quickly, but when my husband first walked on it, it wobbled from side to side about 3" up and down, and it bounced in the middle, making him feel unsteady and unsafe. We ended up supporting the sides and middles with bricks and cinder blocks, which worked.

I'm so glad we bought this. I have to use a walker. We have one step to go to the laundry room and I had a hard time with that. Now with this ramp, I can go down easily. The slip resistance is great. It was easy to put up. After awhile I noticed that it put a hole in our tile so we put a small non-slip rug under the end of the ramp. It's still working great for me. We might buy a bigger one so I can get outside too. Definitely good value for the cost.

These ramps are exactly what I needed. They are perfect for use at my front door and step down to the walkway, without having to mount more permanent fixators to my house structure. They hold up very well under the weight. My son is a big boy and the ramp holds up just fine with me in the wheelchair and him rolling me out on it. And, I love the idea that if I'm going somewhere like to visit family where there may be a step/doorway to overcome, that I can pick up the ramp and take it with us.

This ramp looks like it would be flimsy, but it is strong where it needs to be strong and managed my wife's wheelchair without bending or sagging. Great product
