Good and simple
It's very simple to use and helps you live offline. Call quality is good and three phone is durable. I do wish it had a hotspot feature for sharing internet, but it's okay.

Battery life requires improvement
I recently purchased this phone, and while it has some great features, I’m a bit disappointed with the battery life. It doesn't last as long as I expected, even with moderate usage. I find myself needing to charge it multiple times throughout the day, which can be a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the phone is fast, the display is clear, and the camera quality is good. However, the battery life really holds it back from being a perfect device. If longer battery performance is important to you, this might not be the best choice.

its great
its great. i went camping for 5 days and it only died as i got home. memory isnt fantastic but you can buy a memory card for it and its fine. ive downloaded loads of songs on it. it has games already on it and the camera isn't too bad. most web pages wont work but thats not really why you are getting a phone like this. love it. but it did take like a week to arrive.

DID NOT CHARGE UP
Brand new out of the box followed instructions put battery in set up charger to charge said battery pressed the on button as per instructions told to wait a few minutes before charging light appeared but no light appeared even after a few hours. Did all the trouble shoot procedures alas to no avail did not charge up so no option but to return as faulty. However to do this I am being charged £1.99 (let's say £2) but its not my fault I have to return. I was sold me faulty goods instead of me being penalised you would think I should be compensated for the inconvience & all the hassle of trying to set up plus the fact I am now without a phone. (Amazon do offer the Evri option taking it to an outlet sending you something to scan but I do not have a smart phone for scanning (also disabled & elderly) so no option but to choose the Royal Mail pick up of £2)Right back to the phone itself I thought as a Nokia it was made in Finland hence must be good quality but on doing the trouble shooting I discovered printed inside made in Vietnam

Maybe working with voLTE or Maybe not
At first when making a call the network strength bars icon would change to "3G" or "E". However now it stays on 4G. It could be that voLTE took a few days to activate or that voLTE is not available. Whatever, the voLTE icon does not appear so it's anyones guess. Same on Lebara, Vodafone, EE and O2. Whether this is a fault of the phone or a fault of mobile networks is not clear. The volume rocker and SOS button are easily pressed by mistake and would be better on the inside of the phone as is the on/off/end call button.Otherwise the phone works easily and well. It is useful for digital detox but if I take the plunge and divorce my smart phones for good I doubt if I will stick with this phone.
