Amazing fitness/wellness tracker
If you are looking for a great fitness/wellness journal to help you track your progress, look no further. I just bought my 5th Black Book and I use it every day. I love to use this journal at the end of the day to review my workouts, energy levels, and overall how well I've stayed on track with my goals. The Black Book is intuitive to use and helps you to track all of the little things you might not think of that really effect your health, such as sleep, recovery, vitamin/supplement intake, and mindfulness. At the end of the week you can reflect on the previous week to see what you've done well and what you need to do better.I have been using this journal for about a year now and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon. I highly recommend it!

Useful tool to stay motivated
I waited a few weeks before reviewing this item because I a) buy a lot of stuff off Amazon, most of it on a whim and b) most of the stuff I buy is useful to me for about as long as the impulse buy rush of dopamine does.Been using this every day for 3 weeks straight, and I don’t know if I’ll go back to an app for tracking/planning my workouts. Personally, spending the time to write out my workout is much more effective than an app because I have to actively think about what I’m planning as I write it, and it’s led me to really change some of my workouts (hopefully for the better).Secondly, the weekly summaries are a real eye-opener. Sometimes you can feel like you killed your weekly workouts, or only missed 1-2 days, but the reality is you did 3 workouts total, and took most the week off to catch up on drinking and TV.Once I fill the pages of my current journal I’ll certainly be buying a second. Maybe by that time I won’t get winded from the exertion of pushing a pen around.

Really nice book....just not the best for my needs.
Great little book...high quality, cool bookmarks...looks great. But just wasn't for me. I use The Bodyminder Journal and that uses a 2 page a day format which is what works better for me. I just can't get everything on one smallerish page. I run, lift, do jiujitsu and the Bodyminder just has more space for what I need. Also has a spot for "Reminders" which is surprisingly helpful. I've tried many others...but that's the best one for me...I've also bought it for several of my buddies. Of course that two-page design could be a little overkill for some people....so if you don't think you need a two-page a day planner/workout journal...check this guy out. Make sure to look through a lot of workout journals and be sure to really know what you want to document before you buy something. I've gone through a few before I found the one that works for me. There really isn't one that is better or worse than another per se'....it's just the one that works best for you and your needs.Took one star off for the price...but is a very nice cool journal....just didn't meet me specific needs.

Fantastic Journal, Does Not Disappoint.
I recently started my strength training journey and knew I wanted to log my workouts. I searched for fitness journals and was disappointed in my findings (I looked at SO MANY), until I found The-OmegaProject Black Book. Number one the quality is fantastic and I don't worry about it following apart, I keep it in my bag at all times because I worry I will forget to pack it on gym days, so it gets jostled a lot. Number two, there is plenty of space to record my exercises, sets and reps. Most journals I found didn't provide enough space. Number three, I appreciate the space given to track other wellness habits.

Pricey but perfect
Well-made and utilitarian. I prefer these journals because they have the formatted space to track relevant exercise, sleep, mobility, supplementation, etc. without being too large to carry easily. I've gone through seven and am working on my eighth.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT GET IT YOURSELF!
100% Recommend this journal, or any other book/app to anotate your daily results.Sometimes when I don't have the book on hand I'll anotate things in my notes app on my phone, but then transcribe it over in the evening. It definitely helps you reflect on your daily workouts, mobility, nutrition, supplements, mindfulness, sleep, hydration, etc.I was able to identify some trends in my nutrition, and improve on them. I was also able to workout every day of the last year, and so far every day of this year to prevent having blank pages because screw blank pages. Loves this book!Semper Fi.

Damaged
Good product. But for $35 should be packaged in more than saran wrap and paper envelope used by Amazon. Recieved mine with creases in the hardback. Grab a book and see how hard that is to do, what happened to this thing? Either way, one and done purchase. Too expensive for a journal. Pic is of front and back.
