The quality of fabric is soft on the hands for the number of knots You make depending on the design.

DO NOT BUY for professional work.

As someone who makes large macrame pieces for weddings and events, I have worked with many different brands of cord. This 6mm is barely 6mm and is just the worse to work with. I never leave reviews on anything but had to in this, that’s how bad this is. The price was good, quality is horrible. Comes unraveled on intricate knots. Looks messy. I’d rather pay more instead of using this.

Not 5 star rope

I bought this for a macrame wall hanging and it performed OK. It seems like in order to meet the 6mm diameter, rather than simply twist in more cotton fibers they took the same amount used for 4mm and twisted the rope more loosely. It looks fine in the project but while I was knotting I often found that fibers would cinch out of the cord. I attributed this to the loose character of the rope. All in all it got the job done but I will shop elsewhere for cord above 4mm diameter.

Easy to work with, like the cotton, the color is my only issue, wish it was not so beige
